Barnheisel House

The Barnheisel Home is a historical home in Girard on Rt. 422, Youngstown-Warren Rd. The home is loaded with history from the of the area with photos, toys, furniture and more.  The home is open to the public on the second and fourth Sunday of each month from 1-4 p.m. Donations are accepted at the door.

RUMMAGE SALE PLANNED: St. Paul Lutheran Church, East Market Street, Warren, will hold a baby and toddler item rummage sale from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. Table rentals are available by calling the church at 330-394-5741.

Proceeds from the event are used to support the Splash ministry, an outreach program for parents of newborns in the community.

I recently came across Farm Girl's honey and thought I'd share as local honey is being touted as a great remedy for allergies.  It appears FarmGirls sets up to sell at area craft shows and farmers markets.  I asked about demostrations/tours and was told they host a Honey Extraction and Fall Open House usually the first weekend in October.
